"To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Lexis Sall. I had the privilege of serving as Lexis’s supervisor at Paradigm Design from 2023 through January 2025, where she worked first as an Architectural Intern and then as an Architectural Technician. During that time, I had the opportunity to work closely with Lexis and observe her professional development, work ethic, and creative talents firsthand.

Lexis is a highly detail-oriented professional who brings both technical capability and design sensitivity to her work. She developed strong proficiency in tools such as Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite, which she used effectively to support project documentation, visualization, and presentation materials. She consistently approached her work with care and precision and was always willing to take initiative to ensure tasks were completed thoroughly and on schedule. Lexis quickly became a dependable member of our team, contributing positively to project coordination and overall office culture.

In addition to her architectural work, Lexis brings a unique creative perspective through her photography and graphic design. She operates her own photography business, Lexis.K. Photography, where she has built a reputation for professionalism, strong communication, and high-quality visual storytelling.

I have personally hired Lexis for photography services for both personal events and professional organizational needs, and she has consistently delivered outstanding results. Her ability to capture moments thoughtfully and present them with a strong artistic eye speaks to her creativity and commitment to excellence. Lexis also demonstrates a strong commitment to the design community. Her role as Social Media Content Creator and Graphic Designer for Common Thread for the Cure – Grand Rapids reflects her willingness

to contribute her time and talents to organizations that support women in the design industry. This level of engagement shows both leadership and generosity in supporting the broader professional community. Lexis earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ferris State University in 2024, where she was also active in the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS). Her academic foundation in architecture and sustainability, combined with her professional experience and creative skill set, positions her well for continued success in the profession.

I strongly recommend Lexis Sall for any opportunity she pursues. She is a talented, dedicated, and thoughtful emerging professional, and I am confident she will continue to make meaningful contributions wherever her career takes her.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like any additional information."

Sincerely,

Jamie Millspaugh

"To Those of Interest,

I trust this letter finds you in good spirits and enjoying the winter season. It is with great pleasure that I take a moment to recommend Lexis Sall. I had the pleasure of being Lexi’s studio instructor during

her undergraduate educational career. This being the case, I’d like to simply tell a few personal stories which highlight my interactions with Lexi and why I am proud to recommend them.

Though I have only had the pleasure of knowing Lexi in a studio setting, her passion and creativity was striking. She stood out as an inventive and diligent student. Her ability to create, develop, and

convey her designs was a highlight among her peers. She worked extremely well in a group setting and even better individually. More often than not Lexi came alongside struggling students to offer

encouragement and advice in a positive and uplifting way. Her work was always inventive, and with her impressive use of representation tools, the final result always shined.

Lexi’s work exuded a sense

of play that her classmates struggled to achieve. She enthusiastically attended each of our critique sessions with anticipation and an open mind and often asked for additional comments. Her curiosity

and critical thinking skills served her extremely well in developing compelling concepts, while her technical abilities allowed her to bring them to life. She improved significantly in all of my courses and

would recommend her for any program or position that would be lucky enough to partner with her.  Thank you for considering Lexi Sall. I wholeheartedly endorse her and look forward to witnessing their

continued success in their academic or professional journey and onward. Should you wish to discuss Mrs. Sall further or require additional information, please feel free to reach out at my contact info

below. Thank you for your time and stay warm out there."

Warm regards,

"To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to recommend my former colleague Lexi Sall for a position at your firm. In our time working together in architecture, she consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and clear communication skills. She asks thoughtful

questions, seeks clarification when needed, and reliably follows through on her

responsibilities—always providing updates and proactively asking for additional work

when available. She has a keen eye for design details and a strong graphic sensibility, enabling her to communicate ideas clearly and e+ectively. She works well as part of a team and contributes positively to any collaborative environment.

Beyond her professional strengths, she has a wonderful personality and is truly a pleasure to work with. She is curious, eager to learn, and brings positive energy to those around her. I recommend her without hesitation."

Sincerely,

Stephine Maier

 "To whom it may concern,

It is with pleasure and ease that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Lexi Sall. I’ve had the opportunity to work with her, and get to know her, for the last couple of years at Paradigm Design. As a colleague, I can speak of her strong work ethic, determined project performance, and ability to collaborate well with others. She has a passion for her work and therefore, it is evident in the work she produces. Tasks are often approached with a “how can I make it better” attitude; unafraid to ask questions and make suggestions to streamline efficiency.

Lexi has an eye for design and composition. She is multifaceted; her background in the furniture industry and photography lend themselves naturally into architecture and design. I believe this makes her a great candidate with a unique perspective. Not to mention, she is a whiz at photoshop!

In addition to all of her job-related attributes – Lexi is also a great colleague and friend. She has a cheerful attitude and wants to see others on her team succeed as well. I will miss working with Lexi, but I know she would make a great addition to your team and I hope you consider her for the position."

Sincerely,

Kaitlin Holley
